Oroville's Feather Fiesta Days opened with the
Grand Opening of the
BOLT'S ANTIQUE TOOL MUSEUM
Dedication Day Ceremonies started at 8:am sharp with entertainment & commentary by Danny Ray Thomas
At 9:am Charlie Miller introduced the guest speakers to an audience of 200 well wishers
At 9:10 his honor the Mayor, Gordon Andoe, gave the welcome speech, and Parks Commission Chairperson Carolyn Norton gave information on the future plans for the renovation of Oroville's Historic Downtown Green Line
At 9:30 Carl S. 'BUD' Bolt gave a wonderful talk on the
new beginnings as well as the future plans of
